My wife recently received a TG1600 ProPlus upgrade. It has taken some time to arrive, but she says it has definitely been worth the wait. Moreover, the Oliso customer service team, especially Ryan, has been communicative, informative and extremely helpful. Thank you Ryan, and thank you Oliso.
My November birthday present turned in to a Christmas present, but I believe it was worth the wait. I often spend hours at a time in my sewing room and need to keep my dogs out because I am worried that they will knock over the iron and hurt themselves or burn the floor. Now I can worry less because it is less likely to fall when it is setting flat. I just gave the iron a quick test run and it works great.
I own a yellow and s pink one and LOVE them both!!! The fact that I don’t have to set it on its heel- just let go of it- and its feet are raised automatically and not scorch anything. LOVE THEM!!!
