String & Story is a quilting education company and quilt shop. Since 2016, they have served students and built a robust online community. Now, they have the added delight of opening a brick and mortar boutique quilting and sewing studio in Downtown Duluth, GA.
Inside String & Story on Main, you will find sewing and quilting notions, including the full line of PBS Painter's Palette Solids and a large collection of Aurifil thread. They will also be offering in-person classes: basic quilt piecing, free motion quilting, garment sewing, bag making, and more.
May 1 - May 5 the Crafting Alliance is auctioning off a number of beautiful quilts with proceeds benefiting World Central Kitchen (https://wck.org/).
