Ingredients
  1. Chicken Breast 4
  2. Salt and Pepper
  3. Paprika ½ tbs
  4. Olive Oil 2 oz
  5. Garlic, Sliced Thin 8 cloves
  6. Diced Tomatoes 14-16 oz
  7. Fresh Basil ½ cup
Instructions
  1. 1. On the induction top heat a sauté on setting 8.
  2. 2. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika. Add the oil.
  3. 3. Sear the chicken quickly on both sides to brown being careful not to cook the meat through. Remove and return the pieces to the refrigerator.
  4. 4. Add the garlic and briefly sauté to brown slightly. Add the tomatoes and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5. Combine with the chicken and cool.
  6. 6. Place in to a 1quart Vac Snap Bag. Hang the bag off of the side of a counter to keep the liquid to the bottom of bag when removing air.
  7. 7. Cook for 1 hour.
  8. 8. Serve immediately with polenta or cool and refrigerate or freeze.
