Ingredients
  1. Canned 100% Pumpkin 15 or 16 oz
  2. Heavy Whipping Cream 1 cup
  3. Eggs 2 whole plus 1 yolk (3 eggs total)
  4. Gelatin Packet 1
  5. Sugar 2 cups
  6. Ground Cinnamon 1.5 TBs
  7. Ground Allspice 2 tsp
  8. Ground Cloves 1 tsp
  9. Ground Nutmeg 1/2 tsp
  10. Ground Ginger 2 tsp
  11. Graham Cracker Crust
Instructions
  1. Fill Smart Hub to water line and set to 185ºF
  2. In a small bowl, combine about half of the cream and a packet of gelatin—heat until warm in microwave and whisk to combine
  3. Pour all ingredients (including gelatin and cream mixture) into a Vac-Snap bag, close bag top with, leaving some air trapped and shake to combine
  4. Remove air with Vacuum Sealer (or remove as much as you can without one) and place bag in Smart Hub for 1 hour
  5. After 1 hour, remove bag and pour into pie crust and place it into the refrigerator overnight to let set. After chilling, the pie is ready to serve.
