Classic Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
- Canned 100% Pumpkin 15 or 16 oz
- Heavy Whipping Cream 1 cup
- Eggs 2 whole plus 1 yolk (3 eggs total)
- Gelatin Packet 1
- Sugar 2 cups
- Ground Cinnamon 1.5 TBs
- Ground Allspice 2 tsp
- Ground Cloves 1 tsp
- Ground Nutmeg 1/2 tsp
- Ground Ginger 2 tsp
- Graham Cracker Crust
Instructions
- Fill Smart Hub to water line and set to 185ºF
- In a small bowl, combine about half of the cream and a packet of gelatin—heat until warm in microwave and whisk to combine
- Pour all ingredients (including gelatin and cream mixture) into a Vac-Snap bag, close bag top with, leaving some air trapped and shake to combine
- Remove air with Vacuum Sealer (or remove as much as you can without one) and place bag in Smart Hub for 1 hour
- After 1 hour, remove bag and pour into pie crust and place it into the refrigerator overnight to let set. After chilling, the pie is ready to serve.
