Ingredients
  1. Steak Portions (8-12oz ea) 4 each
  2. Salt and Pepper As Desired
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat the water bath to 120-140F. Refer to Time and Temperature Chart for guidelines.
  2. Season the steak with salt and pepper as desired. Place in to a Vac Snap Bag in a single layer and seal. Place in the Frisper and remove the air.
  3. Cook for 40 1-2 hours depending on thickness.
  4. Sear/broil/grill each side over high heat quickly prior to serving.
