Q&A

My grandchildren brought me an Oliso M3Pro from New Zealand to South Africa when they visited for Christmas. I have switched it on for the first time but it is not heating. The Prolight is on, the standby indicator is green and fabric selector is pulsing. What can I do to rectify this?

After reading the reviews, the MP3Pro seems to have a lot of problems with the steam function. Have those issues been resolved with the newer manufactured irons? Also, can the automatic shut off be disabled on the MP3Pro? If not, I would like to put that option in the suggestion box.

Just opened the M3 pro iron. The steam lights don’t work

Recently purchase the M3Pro in late March, but I've noticed the front steam does not work. It doesn't work with just the left steam button designated for front only or with both buttons. All my steam comes from the back. I've tried repeatedly pressing both buttons, but it just doesn't steam from the front. Thanks for helping!
