WOOL MULTIMAT - I know the wool comes from New Zealand, but in what country are the mats actually made?
Hello Debbie, thank you for asking, please note the mats are produced and shipped from China, however the natural wool material is from New Zealand and then the wool is processed/dyed/formed/cut in China. My Elissa Pro isn’t working right it keeps bouncing up and down and I called your company and they told me how to reset it and I’ve done that several times and it still won’t work right how much are repairs for it?
