"I don’t use steam so my fingers are not on the side buttons but they are on top of the iron. I keep on turning the dial to lower heat accidentally. I tried keeping my fingers on the steam buttons but it is not a natural position. Iron gets hot enough and is a good size."

Q&A

Does the temperature dial spin itself around while standing on heel? Of all the women in my bee who have this iron, only mine does this. Also, the steam spray buttons only work intermittently. This is my retreat iron so has only been used 4 or 5 times

Does the iron have continuous steam or only when buttons pressed?

We have a M3Pro that we have had for 2-3 years. My wife found a house circuit where nothing worked. I reset the circuit and everything worked except the iron. I suspect water got where it should not have and it shorted out and blew the house circuit. What is the process of getting that repaired? When/if that happens will it just leak again and do the same thing all over again?

I bought the m3pro two years ago at a quilt show. Only the steam button on the right works, however when I push that one it doesn’t seem to be making any steam only a noise. What can o do to fix both buttons. It’s only been used a handful of times since I purchased it. The left button does nothing when I push it.
