"I love the size of this small iron. It works great for quilting and heats up very quickly. My only complaint is that the dial is very hard to read so it is hard to read what setting you are on and I don’t like the fact that even when you turn the dial to off the light stays on so I feel like I need to unplug it when not in use because I don’t trust that it is really off because the light stays on. I will also say that Oliso has outstanding customer service if y or have any issues or questions!"

- Dear Paula, Thank you for reaching out to us. Yes, the M3 Pro will produce when the buttons are pressed. It has a Dual-zone steam burst feature where you get steam from Independent front and rear steam zones. When you press the left button, you will get steam from front or upper steam vents, when the right button is pressed it will steam from the rear or bottom vents and when both buttons are pressed, you will get steam from all the steam vents. - I bought the M2Pro earlier this year. I have used it about 4 times. First time it produced steam very well. It has not produced steam since. I empty it after each try and keep the cover open to allow it to dry. What am I doing wrong?
