Ingredients
- Chicken Breast 4 each
- (Skin on or Off)
- Salt and Pepper As Desired 1/8oz (1tsp)
Instructions
- Pre-heat the water bath to 165F.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper as desired. Place in to a Vac Snap Bag in a single layer and seal. Place in the Frisper and remove the air.
- Cook the chicken breast for 1-2 hours depending on thickness.
- Serve immediately or sear the skin side quickly prior to serving. Alternatively chill the bag in ice water and store refrigerated to use cold or re-het in the water bath or in the pan/broiler/grill.
