"There are so many things I love about Oliso irons. Favorite is that it stands on its own. Stays hot for long periods, long cord, large water tank, ceramic sole plate, light weight! What I don't like is that every one, I have had 5 of the large irons so far, gives out in about a year as far as the steam part goes. You have replaced a couple but others I just had to replace on my own. Some were gifts, but still should last longer than that for the price. Yet I keep returning to buy them. Took a bit longer to replace the last one, had to go through lots of steps and then had to wait to get my replacement, so that wasn't the best either. But, I still love the features."

"This is an excellent iron! It heats up well and quickly, is not excessively heavy, and glides nicely over all types of fabric. Steam function is good too. And the feet are amazing! I thought for sure I would notice them while ironing, but they disappear completely when you touch the handle. Can’t even tell they’re there. The handle itself is comfortable to hold too. I took this to my sewing club and everyone loved it. Definitely less work for the arm than an ordinary iron - once you get used to it. The swiveling cord attachment is a nice feature also and the cord is nice and long. I love this thing!"

I have a water softener, will my pro plus iron work OK with water softener water?

When I have it in steam mode but the feet are down, why does it continue to make a whooshing sound like it is steaming?.

My older Oliso Pro has a switch to deactivate the feet. Does the ProPlus have this feature?

My ProPlus iron is not responding correctly. I have to unplug it, often several times, and then it may function as described as it should but at this point it is not really usable as i spend more time getting it to work than I do ironing. If it begins to flash green, it goes up and down several times and then turns red. I have to unplug it and try again - and again. Is this how it supposed to work? Thank you for any info!
