"I replaced my old Oliso with a new one because I loved the lift feature. While this story has a happy ending, I did get an iron that had a bouncing problem. Customer Service was FANTASTIC and after trying some troubleshooting, they replaced my new iron super quick. This new one (knock on wood) seems to be working."

Best iron on the market

"I use this iron for quilting. It heats up faster than my Pfaff sewing machine turns on! It gets hot enough to press out the most stubborn wrinkles and wayward seams. This company is first class, honoring very late and out of date warranties which no other company does to my knowledge. I will remain a loyal customer."

Q&A

My TG1600 Pro+ itouch autolift is malfunctioning. When it is plate-down, and I am not touching it, the feet will go up and down and often stay in the down position. When I rest it on its end, the feet continue to go in and out, though I am not touching it. The feet are going in and out constantly as I type. Any suggestions?

I bought my Oliso four years ago on Amazon and it quit exactly to the day. For nearly $200 shouldn’t it last longer than four years?? I don’t even use it that often, not daily like some. What can I do?

Bought my iron at Joann's last year. Disappointed the steam is not powerful at all anymore. I wish I had not tossed the receipt. The iron I had before was awesome and never a problem, but had to donate it when I relocated back to Texas. Can this lack of steam be fixed?
