"The iorn is great I'm a quilter and bag maker and this is my go to iorn my first one didn't heat up any more and they replaced it within a week at no charge it was still under warranty great product"

— Becky C. (5/5)

"I love this iron but my first one lasted only two years. It was replaced by the company under warranty. I hope this one lasts longer than 2 years"

One great iron

"It’s my go to iron for pressing out yardage before I quilt. It’s the perfect combination of heat and steam. The pop up feature took a minute to get use to but when you quilt and you are making a seam lay down sometimes takes a little longer time to get it flat but with the pops up feature you can take asl the time that it takes. Great feature now I can’t live without it 💙💙💙"

— MICHAEL B. (5/5)

Replacement

"This iron is not a purchase but a replacement for an old one I had. So far everything works great. I must say, the Oliso customer service is the best by far."

— Maria B. (5/5)

I love the Oliso iron

"I love the Oliso iron - it is a great iron and I love the fact that it sits rather than stands - this is a great safety feature that all irons should incorporate. Children, animals and adults bump into things and the iron that stands easily topples."

— Margaret F. (5/5)

There are so many things

"There are so many things I love about Oliso irons. Favorite is that it stands on its own. Stays hot for long periods, long cord, large water tank, ceramic sole plate, light weight! What I don't like is that every one, I have had 5 of the large irons so far, gives out in about a year as far as the steam part goes. You have replaced a couple but others I just had to replace on my own. Some were gifts, but still should last longer than that for the price. Yet I keep returning to buy them. Took a bit longer to replace the last one, had to go through lots of steps and then had to wait to get my replacement, so that wasn't the best either. But, I still love the features."

— Judy S. (5/5)

"I love my oliso’s! They heat up fast and do a great job pressing."

Q&A

My TG1600 pro plus I iron is not self-lifting. Can you help
Hello Winni we are sorry to hear that your iron is not powering on, someone from our customer service team will reach you out for assitance. In the meantime you may call us on 1800-899-5157.
I have a water softener, will my pro plus iron work OK with water softener water?
Hello Joyce, we recommend regular tap water or spring bottled water because softened water often contains added salts (sodium or potassium) that can leave mineral deposits inside the iron. Please feel free to email us at customesevice@oliso.com if you have any additional questions. Thank you,
When I have it in steam mode but the feet are down, why does it continue to make a whooshing sound like it is steaming?.
Hello Kathy, thank you for your query. Our support staff will reach out to you via email and assist you further. Thank you
My older Oliso Pro has a switch to deactivate the feet. Does the ProPlus have this feature?
Hello Diane, thank you for reaching out to us. The switch is not available in the ProPlus model, the auto lift feature is in built for extra safety. Please feel free to email us at customerservice@oliso.com or call us at 1800-899-5157 if you have any additional questions. Thank you
My ProPlus iron is not responding correctly. I have to unplug it, often several times, and then it may function as described as it should but at this point it is not really usable as i spend more time getting it to work than I do ironing. If it begins to flash green, it goes up and down several times and then turns red. I have to unplug it and try again - and again. Is this how it supposed to work? Thank you for any info!
Hello Mary, Thank you for reaching out to us. We are sorry for the issue with your iron. Please be rest assured, our support staff will contact you via immediately to assist you. Thank you
