What an elegant thought out iron!
"I thought I was being quite generous with myself when I bought my first one years ago during the pandemic. (Because of the price. ) My sister and I were making masks for our local first responders and people in their orbit… I know they may or may not have used them, but it made us feel like we were doing something for the cause! Anyway, it really did speed up my process of ironing the pleats! But the biggest benefit, was not having to tip it back on its bottom every time I needed two hands to adjust the fabric. I’m not exactly a spring chicken anymore, and have plenty of arthritis in my hands and wrists. That feature made all the difference in the world! I can’t believe I’m going to say this, but it makes ironing much more pleasurable, and I can do it all day long if I need to!"

"The iron is very nice but wish they would last more than a year. I am not hard on them as I iron once a week just for my clothes. I also use it for making baby quilts but I only make one or 2 a year. My 1st one lasted almost 3 years but my 2nd & 3rd lasted a year. I appreciate that they were replaced at no cost but don't understand why they don't last longer."

Great Customer Service/Warranty
"I have enjoyed using my Oliso but after approx. 15 months I experienced a problem that required I contact customer service. I purchase via Amazon, went to my Amazon account to the original order details. There was contact info that I used to reach a live English speaking person! They walked me through a test to verify if the iron could be re-set. When that didn't do the trick they initiated the process for a replacement. I followed the process and within 2 days received the new iron. Wasn't expecting issues but Oliso definitely backs up their products."

Had to get a replacement
"I love this iron but after two years of light use, the temperature and steam selector broke (thankfully on the setting that I usually use but with no steam). Oliso replaced very quickly it (after I complied with their requests for proof that it was broken). A friend of mine (a quilter) had the same thing happen with their iron and after getting it replaced, the second one also had this fault. I still love the iron and hope that this one will be ok."

MP2, owned 2 years. No receipt but purchased at Joanne before they closed. Water cap will Not lift off so I can’t clean. Before cap locked up I tried 50/50 water vinegar but still no steam. I don’t overfill but when holding upright water pours out all over can’t go any further now because reservoir cap is locked in place

Is this iron dual voltage compatible? I will be moving to Australia from the US and was wondering if this will continue to work there as the mini iron will.
