"I love the size of this small iron. It works great for quilting and heats up very quickly. My only complaint is that the dial is very hard to read so it is hard to read what setting you are on and I don’t like the fact that even when you turn the dial to off the light stays on so I feel like I need to unplug it when not in use because I don’t trust that it is really off because the light stays on. I will also say that Oliso has outstanding customer service if y or have any issues or questions!"

- My New mini Oliso iron does not steam. I bought 4 of them for friends and myself for a quilt retreat. One will not steam at all, 1 steamed for awhile and one steams as needed. How do I get a replacement.

- Hello Helen, thank you for reaching Oliso customer service, we are sorry the M2 pro does not comes with auto shut off feature, however the m3 pro comes with dual auto shut off mode. It has auto shut off in vertial mode which is 30 mins and in horizental mode its 10 mins. I hope this answers your questions?
