"The company was very good replacing my iron when it quit heating, I very much like the automatic lift feature but when I had to return to my old iron, I forgot to lift it up making a slight scorch mark. I actually found that funny. I iron dampened church altar linens and wish modern irons would have a higher heating setting. I often use a vintage iron to do my church linens. I bought my Oliso four years ago on Amazon and it quit exactly to the day. For nearly $200 shouldn’t it last longer than four years?? I don’t even use it that often, not daily like some. What can I do?

Bought my iron at Joann's last year. Disappointed the steam is not powerful at all anymore. I wish I had not tossed the receipt. The iron I had before was awesome and never a problem, but had to donate it when I relocated back to Texas. Can this lack of steam be fixed?
