Ingredients
- Russet Potatoes 6
- Butter 1/2 stick
- Sour Cream 1/2 cup
- Scallions 1 bunch, diced
Instructions
- Cut potatoes into pieces about half-inch pieces and place in Vac-Snap bag with butter
- Set Smart Hub to 194ºF and lower bag into water-bath—cook for 1.5 hours
- Remove bag and placing a dish towel over it to protect your hands from the heat, mash the potatoes with you palms
- Once mashed, empty bag into a mixing bowl and stir in sour cream and diced scallions, mix until the desired consistency is achieved, add salt to taste
