Ingredients
- Coarse Ground Cornmeal 1 lb
- Salt 2 teaspoons
- Milk 1 quart
- Chicken Stock 1 quart
- Mascarpone 4 oz
- Parmesan Cheese, Shredded 4 oz
Instructions
- Pre-heat the water bath to 185F.
- Combine the cornmeal, salt, milk, and chicken stock in a 1 gallon Vac Snap bag. Hang the bag off of the side of a counter to keep the liquid to the bottom of bag when removing air.
- Shake the bag vigorously and cook for 1 hour. Shake the bag vigorously twice during the cooking process.
- Open the bag and stir in the mascarpone and Parmesan.
- Serve immediately.
