Ingredients
  1. Coarse Ground Cornmeal 1 lb
  2. Salt 2 teaspoons
  3. Milk 1 quart
  4. Chicken Stock 1 quart
  5. Mascarpone 4 oz
  6. Parmesan Cheese, Shredded 4 oz
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat the water bath to 185F.
  2. Combine the cornmeal, salt, milk, and chicken stock in a 1 gallon Vac Snap bag. Hang the bag off of the side of a counter to keep the liquid to the bottom of bag when removing air.
  3. Shake the bag vigorously and cook for 1 hour. Shake the bag vigorously twice during the cooking process.
  4. Open the bag and stir in the mascarpone and Parmesan.
  5. Serve immediately.
