Ingredients
- Salmon Portions (4-6oz ea.) 4 each
- (Skin on or Off)
- Salt and Pepper As Desired
Instructions
- Pre-heat the water bath to 126-142F. Refer to Time and Temperature Chart for guidelines.
- Season the salmon with salt and pepper as desired. Place in to a Vac Snap Bag in a single layer and seal. Place in the Frisper and remove the air.
- Cook for 40 minutes-1 hour depending on thickness.
- Serve immediately or sear/broil the skin side quickly prior to serving.
